Cancellation Policy

  • Individual Appointments: 24-hour cancellation notice is required.

  • Groups of 3 or More: 72-hour cancellation notice is required.

  • Prestige Retreat Package: 48-hour cancellation notice is required.

  • Tiny Treats Add-Ons: Must be added at least 24 hours in advance and also follow a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. If your appointment is not cancelled within the notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the cancellation window will be charged in full for each service.

As a one-time courtesy, management may authorize a single reschedule for an approved reason. You must confirm the rescheduled appointment by phone with management. The card on file will be charged when you reschedule to secure the booking.

Booking & Payment

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and will be kept securely on file. The card may be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, any applicable fee will remain as an outstanding balance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the balance directly with the guest; however, unresolved balances may be referred to a third-party collection service.

Gratuities are not included in service pricing and are appreciated at your discretion. Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed. These policies also apply to appointments booked using a gift card.

Arrive Early

We recommend that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for an unhurried experience and ample time to sign your client waiver and discuss your treatments needs to your therapist – this way you to be ready on the massage table at your appointed start time.

Late Arrivals

In the event that you are running late, we will endeavor to conduct your full treatment, however, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened if the therapist  has another booking immediately afterwards. Massage Professionals at The Lodge reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Massage Professionals at The Lodge has reserved the service time for you and therefore has had to decline other customer business for that particular service time either at the office or other out-call appointments.

Guaranteed Appointments

At the time of booking we require a credit card number to confirm your appointment.  Any sessions not held with a credit card are not considered a confirmed appointment.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show for appointments will be treated as a no-notice cancellation and charged 100% of the service fee – It is important that our massage therapists are compensated for reserved time slots.

Sick Policy

If you are ill and need to cancel within the designated cancellation window, a doctor’s note stating you are unable to receive a massage is required to avoid charges.

Damage & Liability Policy

Clients agree to assume full financial responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, property belonging to the business that occurs as a result of their actions, whether intentional or accidental, during the course of their appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, massage tables, equipment, linens, sheets, blankets, carpets, flooring, fixtures, and facility items such as water coolers.

The business reserves the right to assess the extent of any damage and charge the client for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, including any associated fees. By booking and/or receiving services, the client authorizes the business to charge the card on file for such costs if necessary.
